The idea was originally based on the fragility and instability of individuals. Materials such as soil are intentionally used to convey this idea of crumbliness. Distinctive features were given to resemble the stones I drew inspiration from. Adapting the idea for the proposed site at MCAST, the sculpture can be interpreted as being one with nature.
